A valid NBA 2k22 save was not found Log in with a 2k Sports account ERROR

hello so when i tried to log into my nba2k22 app this is this message a valid nba 2k22 save was not found logging to nba2k22 with a 2k sports account so i don't know what that means i just created a free steam account but yeah seems you will need um a 2k sports account and i don't know how to create that if you have any ideas just leave it in the comments below yeah like so it's only available if you had purchased the game or like how would that work
