A VALID NBA 2k23 SAVE WAS NOT FOUND - log in with 2K Sports account - what to do?

so when i'm trying to log into nba2k23 it says a valid nba 2k23 save was not found login to nba 2k23 visit 2k sports account um so what i did i just logged in with xbox live but uh yeah i just logged in with my microsoft account but i didn't play this game on console so probably yeah obviously you need to have like a um yeah console and console account to access that so that's basically uh that's what it is and yes you can see this app right now is in the top charts and yeah so there you have it so there is just this issue here um so yep that's about that i hope this is helpful
