ANNOUNCE CALLS settings in FaceTime - how to use

hello if you go to settings there is facetime and there is announce call menu so basically by default it is disabled never announce incoming calls if it is set to always it means always announce incoming calls for example when second generation airports and some beats headphones are connected you can answer a call without saying hey siri so in headphones car or a car is bluetooth disconnected headphones only or never so basically if the call is announced you don't need to say hey siri or you just go straight to the call something like that as i understand this feature by default is disabled but if you want to enable that here where it's located
