Apple ID - you have a store balance; you need to spend balance before changing stores

okay so i'm seeing this message in apple id settings you have a store credit balance you must spend your balance before you can change stores so here i am in the apple id account settings and yeah so this is what i can see here um and if i change uh tap on country region that's the message i see do you have the same message i have no idea what i can do with it i like what the issue is here so yep that's basically what it is do you have any ideas
