BeReal app - can’t enter birthdate - what to do

hello so what to do if in the real app you have this issue that you can enter your birthdate i'm just going through their support center and first of all check that your app has been updated to the latest version when entering your birthdate make sure to enter your birth date in the right format so yeah day month year use phone numbers a month day year or year month date so something like that so you don't need to use any other special characters or anything like that um so try start with these steps and then uh you can always reach out to contact at bury al and try to do that
