Can you ADD FRIENDS in THE SCOUT app?

so how to add friends or message someone in uh in the scout app so just go to profile and then you can follow someone and yeah that's what you can do as on any other social media you can just block report user and that's you can also see instagram and tick tock from that user so yep but you you can't message and maybe use you can message each other if you each other like will will follow each other accounts or something like that but other than that i'm not yeah i'm not sure how to do it so that's the idea i hope this is helpful
