Can you ADD FRIENDS ON GETTR APP?

is it possible to add friends in getter app well i was just browsing the app i don't think so so if you just go to the search tab second from the left all you can do is that you can just search for people here so search for people by username so if i search like that i'll just find all the top people all the photos and all the videos um yeah i can also find some hashtags but i i can't like add as a friend so i can only follow people and i can mute or block a report but i can't basically add as a friend or message someone so that's basically it might be in the future that will introduce this feature but at the moment gutter app is very like very basic so it's kind of like just a simplified copy of twitter so there is no option to add friends and messaging and audio clubs and all of that
