Can you CANCEL MEMBERSHIP via PLANET FITNESS app?

i'm just going here to the planet fitness app and trying to figure out how to downgrade membership within the app it's a bitter pity that it's like you know you can upgrade your membership in the app but then it's like quite complicated to downgrade it uh as i understand so in their support section i can see that you need to to transfer your membership you can do it on the website planetfitness.com but to cancel or downgrade membership you need to visit your home club to make any other changes to your membership so that's actually a bit weird um yeah uh so and all the billing changes can be made in the club or by logging into your accountantfitness.com so and then yeah so that's basically that so the app is basically just for you know your basic information uh your account um you can create uh your membership and then and then yeah but it's not possible to cancel it from here so yep [Music]
