Can you sign up for SnapWidget without phone number?

so can you sign up for snap widget app without the phone number uh so i wanted to try with my friend here is some reviews on the app store for this app but i do not have a phone number and i use my cloud to text as this three stars is just a middle average because i didn't get an experience of that because of the phone number i think more options should be added like a lot of people asking maybe just adding an option to sign up his email or something like that because yes a lot of people don't like seems like phone number is the most universal option to create an account but still not a lot of people a lot of people can't do that even with a phone number
