Can’t see Reel tab in Instagram - what to do?

hello everyone so i'm in my instagram account and if i type in plus in top right i tap create i can't see the real option here uh like do you know why why is that i can see on the post story story highlight live or guide um so yeah that's quite interesting if i go to another my account i just tap on plus i see the real here but not another account but this account is professional account nice change settings to that another one account is kind of personal so what do you think
