Chai app “Please bear with us as we work to fix this issue”

The recent incident with the Chai app has caused inconvenience to users, prompting the team to issue a statement reassuring them that they are actively working to resolve the issue. This is a common occurrence for Chai app users, and the team has identified the root cause as an outage from one of their service providers. Below is a transcript of a video addressing the situation:

"So here is Chai app, and then, uh, basically you see this, uh, that please bear with us as we work to fix this issue. Our Bots might currently have some issues due to one of our providers having an outage. So, this is like a common bug, uh, this is a common popup for Chai app. It sometimes happens like, uh, once per week usually or so. I just see like people are looking at my videos about it. Um, yep. So basically, that's just what's happening; you just need to wait 1 hour, one to two hours, and try it out again. And then, you can - all you sometimes you need to wait like one to two days, uh, you know, Chai app is in active development and when there is a spike of usage, it's mostly on the weekends but sometimes on the workdays, uh, yeah, you just need to wait. Nothing can help you out; it's not the issue with your Wi-Fi or your phone. This is just an issue with our servers, so, uh, there you have it."

The Chai app team advises users to be patient and wait for a few hours or days before attempting to use the app again. It is emphasized that the issue is not related to individual devices or connections but is, in fact, a server-side problem. Users are encouraged to avoid unnecessary troubleshooting on their end and trust that the team is actively resolving the issue. Your understanding and cooperation during this period are greatly appreciated.
