Checkmate app doesn’t work, keeps loading

so when I'm trying to use Checkmate extension this new viral app on checkout and I'm trying to yeah just check out for example on next Nike store you just keeps loading uh yes like this extension just keeps loading nothing is happening I wonder why um so what what's happening here so yeah I have no idea about it uh so yeah that's basically is it happening also for you this app right now is in the top charts of shopping category in the US app store also like in the top 10 top us apps probably there are servers just like not truly responding right now or anything if you were able to solve this issue or if you have an idea what I'm doing wrong just leave it in the comments below so you can help out other viewers
