Getting NGL notification, but no message… What you can do?

so number of users actually report that in NGL app you can get NGL notification but no message so you have Angel notifications enabled it comes to users like there is a new message but then you go to inbox and then there is no message so uh so yeah like there you have it and then um yeah sometimes you just receive notification no message I don't know if it's a bark or it didn't happen to me though but it happens to a bunch of users maybe it's definitely a bug um uh so make sure like to restart your phone restart the app delete the app uh reinstall it re-log into your account then of course you can just reach out to their support I need help and then just help nglapp.com describe your issue so that's what you can do basically hope that is helpful
