How to add friends in Social Club app?

here is social club app so to add friends here just tap in top right and then you can just search for some usernames here for example and then uh yeah you can just add people like this and and by doing this you just start following someone uh if by default post notification are turned on to maximize the fun of Social Club if you prefer not to be notified of the new plus you can always turn it off and by typing Bell icon on the on the profile so yeah something like that
