How to change color of NGL reply?

how to change color of NGL reply so when you tap on reply here you have this uh color palette and then yeah you can just tap on it and then you will be able to change the color so for example if I like this blue one I can just tap reply I will open it up in the in Instagram story and then I will reply exactly with this blue uh thingy so yeah and also of course you can tap on camera icon and then you can just um attach a different background
