How to CHANGE PROFILE PICTURE in NGL: anonymous q&a app?

Can you change a profile picture in NGL app? I guess, yeah, you can actually do that. This feature is a bit hidden. I didn't know about it. If you just tap on your photo, you can tap Upload Photo. You can just tap to choose, and then you can change your profile picture here.

Originally, if you just create your account, your picture is synced from your Instagram profile picture. If you have some profile picture on Instagram it will be synced to this app, but later you still can change it like this.
