How to contact support in Touchtunes app?

hey there so how to contact support in TouchTunes app so yeah you can just open the app and tap help in the top left and then you can tap contact us and then you can just write to them so I was just trying to reach out and then yeah you can also attach photos videos and documents and you will be in support queue it takes few minutes it takes like 10-15 minutes to get a reply so in case like you your jukebox does work you can't connect or anything so you'll need to wait a bit but yeah usually it's quite responsive however I think you need to be like in your ass times uh like business hours to to reach it out but yeah seems it's working it's a wild boss online chat it's not possible to call or just send an email but there you have it
