How to contact support in Vix app?

so here is week's app which is basically netflix for spanish-speaking people so you can just open up this app and to conduct support here just scroll to the bottom and then you have this app support option so in every app and app store you every app should just have this button and then from here you can just delete or ask uh like you know how to do something because here you can just create your support request enter your email country number uh some description some you know title and then you can just send it and yeah so that's how i would contact support i don't know if there is a chat or phone support or live chat as you would have in netflix probably not so yep there you have it
