Have you ever found yourself scrolling through your BeReal feed only to come across people who you have no interest in connecting with? We've all been there. But did you know that there's a way to hide these unwanted suggestions from your BeReal feed? In this article, we'll walk you through the simple steps on how to hide someone from BeReal suggestions, so you can curate a feed that aligns with your interests and preferences.
The process is quite straightforward. First, open the BeReal app and navigate to your feed. In this new feature called Friends of Friends, you'll be able to see suggestions from people who are connected to your friends. This means you have a higher chance of finding people with similar interests and connections to the people you already know.
To hide someone from these suggestions, simply locate the person you wish to hide. Look for the three dots icon, and tap on it. A menu will appear, giving you options on what to do with this person. One of the options is to "hide" the person. By selecting this, you will no longer see this individual in your friend suggestions or in your BeReal feed.
Alternatively, you can also hide someone by tapping on the close icon when their suggestion appears in your feed. This will bring up a similar menu where you can choose to hide them.
Once you've selected the option to hide the person, BeReal will ask you to confirm your decision. This is to ensure that you don't accidentally hide someone you may want to connect with later. Once you confirm, the person will be hidden from your suggestions and feed.
It's worth mentioning that if you change your mind and want to unhide the person, we're currently not sure if BeReal offers that option. But based on our understanding, once you hide someone, they will no longer appear in your suggestions or feed.
So there you have it - a simple way to take control of your BeReal feed and hide unwanted suggestions. Give it a try and enjoy a more personalized BeReal experience tailored to your interests. No answer to your question? ASK IN FORUM. Subscribe on YouTube!
