How to know if you can add music on BeReal - if you have this feature in your app?

If you're an avid user of BeReal, you might be wondering if you can add music to your posts - just like what you've seen on some profiles. The good news is, it's possible! However, this feature is not yet available to everyone as it is still in beta and has only been rolled out to limited accounts. In this article, we'll walk you through how to know if you have the ability to add music to your BeReal posts.

First and foremost, go to your B-Real profile and check if there's an audio tab. To do this, simply tap on your profile and look for the three dots on the top-right corner. Tap on it, and if you see an audio tab, it means that this feature is available to you.

If you do have the audio tab, then you can go ahead and connect your Spotify account to add music to your posts. Simply choose the song you want to add and voila! Your followers can now listen to your post with the song included.

According to sources, this feature is already available to all US-based B-Real accounts. This means that if your phone number and/or location is registered in the United States, then you should already have access to this feature.

If you're based in some European countries, like Denmark, you may also have access to this feature. However, it's not yet clear which other European countries have this feature. For other worldwide countries, there's no clear timeline yet as to when this feature will be rolled out.
