How to REFRESH METADATA in OPENSEA?

um so there is this setting uh when you listed your nft for sale which is called refresh metadata so in openc you can just type here and it says vq up this item for an update check back in a minute and then here you can this method data is being refreshed so for example you did some changes you got to edit and change some like you know metadata features and all of that sometimes it can't not be instant and it's because it's blockchain i don't know the technicalities but i think like yeah it's not reloaded instantly in some parts so like also details here maybe or some of the other descriptions and all of that so just to be clear you can always refresh metadata here
