How to get your Wizz account back?

It is not possible to recover deleted Wizz account.

If you delete your Wizz account and try to instantly log back in - you will still need to create a new account.

In other apps, for example, BeReal, if you delete your account and log back in - you will restore your account. It is not the case with Wizz app.

So, in case you want to get deleted Wizz account back or recover Wizz account, your only option will be to contact Wizz support.

What happens when you delete a chat on Wizz?

To restore a chat in a Wizz app, follow these steps.

Tap on three dots in top right, tap see remove chats, select a chat you want to restore, swipe to the left and then just tap restore.

Yes, remove keeps chats out of the way before deleting them permanently in case you make a mistake or change your mind. Swipe left to any chat to move it here. Now your remove chat will appear here, but just because that user was deleted, it's not appearing there anymore.
