How to send a ringtone alert in Hipal app?

here's hypo app so to send ringtone alert just go to any chat doesn't matter if it's a group chat or not and then just tap this note icon so it's the first icon to the left yeah so there you have it and after that you just send your ringtone alert and this is the way to notify other people in the chat
