How to set a lighter or heavier click on Mac?

system settings in Mac you can go to trackpad and then you can make a lighter click so if you set up a firm click then when you tap on your track button the Mac it kind of feels like heavy so it's like a proper click so some users like that Medium it just gives like a a bit more sensitivity and light is just like super light click you almost don't feel it and it's almost like tap to click but it's still click it's not like just tab so you if the light and overall you just need to have the less effort with the firm you need to have more effort and it's like a super interesting setup and this can just change your experience on on the Mac like you know some people just like this to adjust these small things like the tracking speed and all of that just to yeah just to make it more natural
