How to SHARE INSTAGRAM REELS to MESSENGER or WhatsApp?

so here is instagram reel if i just tap on three dots i can tap to share to and from here i can share instagram reel to wherever i want i can also just share it to messenger for example and then i can just send it to someone on the messenger and that's about it or i can share it as well to to whatsapp as well and then i just share it from here hope that is helpful
