How to sign in to Metamask app via Chrome extension?

okay so here is metamask wallet app on iphone on ios so i will show you how to sync it with metamask extension so you just need to select synonymous metamask extension open your metamask chrome extension on laptop go to settings advancing with mobile scan the qr code so let's show how to do that so here is basically meta mask just tap here then you go to settings sorry it's just a danish language advanced and then you just click here to sync with mobile uh yeah and then you just need to enter your password uh make sure that um yeah that you see this secret qr code but you never share with anyone just scan it and then you should be good
