I can't find filters on TikTok

hey everyone so i have this issue i don't know like actually what i'm doing wrong but i just can'tfind filters on tick tock so when i go to discover and search for examplesome effect usually i should have this tab here where it says filters if i try to create a new video so let's try to do that and then i search for effects i also don't have like a search tab here so i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong or maybe it's some newer version of uh tick tock is needed but anyways if you have any suggestions just leave them in the comments below it can be helpful but for me and for other users thanks for watching
