I still can’t login to character.ai app even after a few days

I have been encountering a persistent issue with the character.ai app, as detailed in this video transcript. Despite my attempts, I still cannot log in to the app even after several days. This bug keeps resurfacing, displaying a message in the top right corner stating that the servers are currently under high load and that my estimated wait time is three minutes. Unfortunately, this problem has been occurring consistently over the past week.

Initially, I was able to log in using my Google sign-in, but I encountered another bug when trying to create an account within the app. Thankfully, I managed to solve that particular issue by creating an account on the browser version and then logging in through the mobile app. For a while, everything seemed to be working fine. However, I am now faced with a new bug that prevents me from logging in due to the servers being under high load.

Even if the login screen becomes unblocked, I am still unable to successfully log in. When I attempt to log in using Google sign-in or any other method, I am presented with a screen displaying an authorization error or a similar message. It seems that many other users are also facing this same problem. Initially, I had hoped that the developers would address and fix this issue within a few days, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.

At this point, I am unsure of what steps to take next. It is frustrating to be unable to access the app despite numerous attempts. I had anticipated that the developers would release a bug fix or a solution, but it has yet to happen. As a user, I am left uncertain about how to proceed in resolving this issue.
