IHSS EVV app “There are no recipients” - how to solve

To resolve this issue, you should log into your IHSS account and navigate to the financial tab. Once there, place your cursor on the live-in provider option and cancel your live-in certification. After completing this step, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will see the recipient's name on your next period timesheet. However, please note that it will only appear after the current work period ends. This solution has proven helpful for many users, and hopefully, it will save you some time and frustration as well.
