IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A COLLECTION in COINBASE NFT MARKETPLACE?

so here is coinbase nft marketplace how to create a collection for some reason i don't know there is an created tab but i don't see an option how to actually create a collection similar as you can do on openc so i have no idea basically um yeah if you have answer to this please just leave some suggestions in the comments
