NO TEST NETWORKS in METAMASK what to do?

so what to do if you're checking out metamask and then you just uh you don't see all these desk networks so yeah like rinky by uh test network girly go on like what's what's happening you just only see ethereum and avalanche polygon and binance so the issue can be that someone maybe you enabled this setting here in advance that like just disable this setting show test network and then if you click here you won't be able to see that's network so that's obvious you just click here and then uh yeah you need to switch on this this toggle here so just click there and then show test networks so that's it in my situation i also i was just playing with meta mask i disabled this setting a while ago and then i spent some time like looking googling where's my rink by dust network but it was just disabled a while ago
