Obimy 3.0 - heartbeat is not displayed - what to do?

here is a bimi30 and if you tap and go to your profile uh tap on your profile tab in the top right you can see uh that that your bpm is zero and your heart rate is not displayed so just tap yeah and the question is why your heart rate bpm here is not displayed so basically the thing is first you need to make sure that you connected or beaming in a health kit app so you need to give access to a bme in health kit second you need to use some apple watch or some android wearable watch and that's how they will track your heartbeat it's not possible just to use this feature with the phone so these are two things you need to do hope that is helpful
