Why you see this error?

This error means that you already have one active Snapchat subscription with your current apple id.

For example, you are logged in with apple id #1 and snapchat account #1, where you upgraded to snapchat plus with account #1. Then if you log out from snapchat account #1 and log in to snapchat account #2 (while still using same apple id #1) - you won't be able to upgrade.

And therefore you will see an error:

To solve this error, you need to log out from current apple id and log in to another. In other words you need to change your apple id on iPhone.

To log in with another apple id, go to App Store app or Settings app, tap on your iCloud profile, log out from current apple id and log in with another.
