Surveys on the go app - how to contact support?

here is service on the go app and to contact support here you just need to go to your profile tab in the bottom left tap help in top right tap support in top right again and then you can just write a message and then you can also attach a file uh your message has been sent if a reply is needed we will contact you shortly so that's basically it um yeah so that's the idea um and then you can probably ask them like to be honest i don't know if this app is completely legit if you can earn some real cash or is this app it's a bit scammy and all of that so i just download it i'm just trying to figure it out there are no surveys and yeah so that's what it is
