Telegram, the popular messaging app, has recently introduced a new feature called Telegram Stories. In this article, we will provide an overview of this feature and highlight some of its hidden features that you should know before you start using it.

First and foremost, Telegram Stories can be found in the top right corner of the app. By tapping on the plus icon, you can create your own story. However, it's important to note that currently, this feature is only available for premium subscribers. But the good news is that it will be made available for free to all users in August.

Once you access Telegram Stories, you will notice several interesting options. In the top right, there is a cool feature that allows you to disable your selfie or even move it around the screen. Furthermore, you can enable or disable the lightning icon, and you can upload both photos and videos to your story.

When posting a photo, you have the option to choose how long the story will be visible, whether it is six hours or 48 hours. Additionally, you can add a caption to your photo. Telegram Stories also offers various drawing instruments, allowing you to express your creativity. You can add stickers, change font styles and alignment, as well as include emojis in your text. The editing capabilities are quite impressive, as you can easily delete elements or reverse them. Advanced editing tools such as changing shadows, highlights, fades, and contrasts are also available.

After editing your story, you can share it with your desired audience. Telegram gives you the option to choose who can view your story - everyone, your contacts, close friends, or selected contacts. You can also disable screenshots, preventing downloading, sharing, and capturing of screenshots for that particular story. Furthermore, you can decide whether to keep the story on your profile or not; this feature is disabled by default.

Even after posting your story, you can still make changes to its privacy settings. By accessing the three dots menu, you can edit the privacy of your story. Please note that if you make any edits, it will be indicated as "edited" at the top. All your stories are conveniently available in one place, making it easy for you to manage them. You can view who has viewed your story and delete it by tapping on the trash icon.

Telegram Stories also comes with a handy archive feature. By accessing the "My Stories Archive," you can see all your previous stories in one place. From there, you can choose to save them to your profile, adding an interesting dimension to your overall story content.

Overall, Telegram Stories is a cool and advanced feature that offers users various editing and privacy options. Currently available for premium subscribers, it will be released for free to all users in August. If you are looking to enhance your storytelling on Telegram, this feature is one to keep an eye out for.
