Beryl RealChat is the latest buzz for avid users of the platform. According to a report by TechCrunch, Beryl is set to roll out a new direct messaging feature soon, which would allow users to chat with their friends about their Beryls and anything they want, in a private and secure manner.

The much-awaited DM function was missing in Beryl, leaving users perplexed as to why they couldn't message each other directly on the platform. After all, messaging features are now commonplace in most social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter. So it's only natural for users to expect the same from Beryl.

Thankfully, Beryl has finally listened and developed the RealChat feature, which is set to change how users communicate with each other. However, there is a catch. Beryl's users can only message each other if they are already friends on the platform. So if you're not yet friends with someone, you can't send them direct messages.

Additionally, the chat system will launch with blocking and reporting. While users can delete their own messages, it doesn't necessarily mean that the message will disappear from their chat partner's app. However, if two people in a chat delete messages, then Beryl assures its users that the messages will be deleted entirely from the system within 30 days.

For those eager to get their hands on the new DM feature, Beryl will first be testing the RealChat in Ireland. Unfortunately, there is no indication as to when the rollout will be completed in the country. But for users in Ireland who are currently using Beryl, this is exciting news to look forward to.
