Blaze Pizza app - can’t create an account…

So for some reason I can't create an account in Blaze Pizza app. I just tap register and then nothing is happening. So I try to sign up with my Apple ID and nothing is happening there. So let's just open it up again and try. So I just try to sign up. Continue with Facebook or sign in with Apple and then probably you just need to try out to sign in with an old-school way, kind of using your email and then just enter your information password and then just tap register. Try that or maybe this app is just available in the United States so you can only access from there but for me sign up with Apple didn't work out.
