Chai app ACROSS DEVICES NOT SYNCED

so chai app across devices is not working for me so i recently discussed that there is shy apples and the browser chai dot ml so you can go and sign out sign in but for some reason i it's not synced with my ios app so i also have this app on on iphone so this is the original app where you can chat with bots and then you can see this is the app so i already created both there i have some conversations and all of that but it's not synced so i just created an account on the app for pc and it's completely different bots and i need to build the bot here and all of that so it's starting everything from scratch and for some reason data is not synced here so i don't know what can be the solution maybe they're just still building it out because there are a lot of updates in this app and they're constantly changing their limits and all of that but yeah what do you think
