So, what to do if you are getting error code 21 on Disney Plus?
Usually, it just refers that you entered the wrong passcode.
You can see this error: “Sorry, we could not connect you to Disney+ using the passcode you supplied. Please re-enter your passcode and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help”.
Error 21 can also mean, that your Disney+ passcode has expired.
Disney Plus passcodes expire after 15 minutes. Try resetting your passcode again from the login screen.
If you are sure, that your password is correct, the only option left is visit Disney+ Help Center – help.disneyplus.com – and submit a support ticket.
