Here is Harmony Health and sleep app and with this app you can also measure a heart rate with iPhone without using any additional devices. Any additional, you know, trackers. Of course, this is just an app; you need to consult with your doctor. But here, you can just open it up. You don't need to upgrade to measure your heart rate. So just tap on here and then you can also manage. It claims to manage all of these things. Of course, I don't know how it can do that but basically hard right you just uh you need to uh. It will take approximately 1 minute for the measurement. Please do not move your finger from the camera. And then you just tap your finger to the camera and then uh yeah, then it will start measuring uh and then basically it will look something like this. It will start to measure in your heart rate. You just select your mile then uh oh, sorry that your gender and then your like your age and then it just will give you some Analytics; is it normal or not. So it works with my iPhone 14 pro so uh it works with iPhone 15 and yes, Sims that's that uh so yeah you can do it for free, no need to upgrade. If you want to see Advanced analytics then you need to upgrade. So again, this is the app; it's basically a a sleep tracker app but also it can do this additional trackers.
