How to ADD a SONG to YOUR BEREAL? Easy guide
Hey there! Are you a Beryl user and wondering how to add a song to your Beryl? Worry no more as we are here to guide you through the process step by step.
First off, make sure to update your Beryl app. However, please note that this feature is not yet available worldwide but it should be available in all countries soon. Once you have updated your app, tap on the three dots icon and if this feature is available, tap on 'audio'. Currently, you can only connect either Apple Music or Spotify, but not both at the same time. So, make sure to connect the preferred music provider.
Next, you need to open the Spotify or Apple Music app and start playing a song. Make sure to actively listen to the song, either through your headphones or speaker, and not just have it paused or in the background. While the song is playing, you can pause the Beryl and a little Spotify icon will appear at the bottom right of the screen, indicating that the song has been added.
After adding the song, you can choose from three options for its visibility: share with your friends, keep it private only for yourself, or disable it if you made a mistake and do not want to share it. Shared songs can be visible to all your friends, while private ones can only be seen by you.
Keep in mind that you cannot remove or change the audience and privacy of the song once added. So, make sure you are adding the right song before posting. Once you have posted the Beryl, the song will appear under the caption and can be easily opened in either Spotify or Apple Music by tapping on the corresponding logo.
Lastly, if you want to add a song to a particular Beryl, all you need to do is delete one of your Beryls, whether an original or bonus Beryl, to make space for the one you want to add.
With this easy guide, you can now add your favorite songs to your Beryl and let your friends know what you have been listening to lately. Happy Beryling!
