- Go to your account.
- Click on Settings - gear icon in the top right.
- Log in with MetaMask wallet - via a Chrome extension.
- In General Settings page you can change your username, email, bio.

In case you want to create a username in opensea, which is one of the largest nft marketplaces right now. so just go to your account and click on account settings then you will just need to sign in again with your metamask wallet and then you can just enter your username enter your email address and click save.
