Follow these steps

  1. While you have Microsoft Team desktop app opened, go to your profile in the top right.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Go to General tab.
  4. Check Disable GPU hardware acceleration (requires restarting Teams).
  5. Restart Microsoft Teams.
