How to ENABLE AUTO ANSWER in ZOOM?

Auto-answer feature in Zoom allows you to automatically answer group chat invitations.

This feature can be helpful in Zoom Rooms.

Prerequisites:

• Zoom Desktop should be installed;
• You need to be signed in to Zoom;
• Users must be added to auto-answer group within group-messaging.

To enable auto-answer in Zoom

1. Go to zoom.us and log in
2. Go to Account Management -> Account Settings
3. Go to Auto-answer group in chat and toggle it on
4. Add contacts to auto-answer group chat: right click on the contact in Zoom chat -> Add to Auto Answer group.
