How to import Zenly data to Jagat app?

Are you a Zenly user who wants to switch to Jagat app? If you're worried that you might not be able to transfer your data from Zenly to Jagat, worry no more because we have the solution for you!

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to import Zenly data to Jagat app:

1. Tap on the settings tab on the right side of Jagat app.
2. Look for the separate tab named "Zenly data import and recovery."
3. Once you're on the Zenly data import and recovery tab, you can see a detailed tutorial on how to import your Zenly data to Jagat. You can do it straight from your mobile device by selecting the "mobile upload zip file" option.
4. To access the file, you need to receive the link from Zenly app, where you can then download the file.
5. After you have downloaded the file, you can unzip it and open the unzipped folder where you can see another folder named "location" that is not empty.
6. Please note that you can only acquire the file and the password to access it from Zenly. Be sure to open the link Zenly sent you and use a password to access the encrypted file.
7. To use the Zenly data on Jagat, you need to have the "locations" file that should be zipped. If it's not zipped, you can manually zip the file.
8. Then, just upload the file in Jagat by selecting the "upload" button. Your data should be visible on the files app for iOS. It should also be available for Android devices or PCs. If you're using Google Chrome, it's easier to upload.
9. Choose whether to upload the entire folder or just the zipped locations file. Only zipped locations file is accepted on other browsers or in Google Chrome.
10. Wait for the upload to be completed. Once completed, you will see the "restoring" statement, and your data will soon be restored on Jagat.

It's important to note that if you upload the file in the incorrect format, it will fail. Be sure to double-check your file and try again if the upload is not successful.
