If you are a free SnapChat user - My AI chatbot will be automatically pinned for you. But, you can't unpin it as well.

If you are using SnapChat Plus for $3.99 per month - go to Settings and your SnapChat Plus menu where you can toggle your AI bot on or off.

On paid SnapChat it is also pinned by default, but here you can unpin it.
