Instagram - your reel isn’t monetizing - what it means?

so on my notifications on Instagram I just see this URL isn't monetizing what does it mean I I have no idea um it actually was just a post or um I don't know if like are there like any ads on Instagram reels or any like how you can add brands or promote Brands like if you have any in size guys like how why is this message disappearing here I would be super helpful just maybe you also have the same message just leave it in the comments below what do you think what it means like maybe Instagram is adding more monetization opportunities for creators or what is the deal
