Upgraded EATO APP - is it WORTH IT?

So I've upgraded in EO app so is it worth it or not so here is EO app AI calorie tracker. This app can only be used properly if you upgrade because their main feature is if you log in your food intake, then you can use this AI identity where basically you just scan a plate and just scan the food, and that's where you have it. So, as you can see here, I was trying to log in my food, and then you can just see here. It's quite precise.

You can, for example, see here I just scanned like grilled potatoes with this AI photo scanner, and then you just add in the number of servings, and then it gives you nutrition facts, number of calories, total calories, and things like that. That's what it is. This app also creates a calorie goal for you. For example, per day, you have 2,55 calories remaining. It means your goal minus food plus exercise. If you're eating a lot, you will waste your calories. But then, of course, you can log your exercise like here and just, you know, if you add in something, it will kind of burn these calories so you can eat more food.

The cool thing about this app is that you can just do pre-scans. So, for example, if you're in a canteen or cafe and you're not sure how many calories is that, you can just point it out and scan with this app. Then just see, okay, this salad is this many calories, these potatoes are this many calories, and then you can have an estimate. If I eat this, I will have that many calories if I eat that, that many, so that's basically what it is.

Moreover, you have your meal plan so you can see which meals you want to eat, and you also have recipes for each of those meals, which is quite handy. Additionally, you have your profile where you can add your personal data and calculate the goals you want to have.

I don't know whether it's really worth to upgrade. This app is quite expensive, and as I understand, there are no free trials at the moment. Their main feature is this AI scanning, which I think will become quite popular in many other apps quite soon, so maybe there will be some alternatives or some apps where there is a free trial or free apps.

At the moment, you can try it out for a month to see if you stick to the plan and you will really be using this app. I would suggest that, otherwise, if you don't really like to use this kind of app and don't want to pay that much - I think it's more than $20 per month or something like that - it's not a cheap app. So only upgrade if you really will be planning to use it. It's a nice calorie tracker and I think it's one of the best ones right now on the market. That's what it is - try it out.
