Wells Fargo CEO mobile app - DOESN’t WORK, buggy…

so Wells Fargo CEO mobile app you can just think wow this is like the corporate and business app for one of the biggest banks in US it should just function amazingly and it should be designed so well but if you open the app you will just be really amazed that the design is like really from 1998 or how would you say it like so you can see a lot of patterns a lot of these forms and some customers are quite frustrated so if you just see the reviews back from two three four years ago that you can see a slow buggy crashes not user friendly locks you out often uh we have been forced to use this app for our expenses at our company it is super slow any iPhone iOS updates always make it slower or crash more than it already does oftentimes it locks me out while I'm working in the app usually when I have finally gone through 10 screens to get to upload a picture to the report and then just log out so you can't see the Peaks except for a very tiny thumbnail still have to go to laptop to finish the expenses uh my expenses used to be easy a quick spreadsheet and PDF of all my receipts now has turned into hours of frustration trying to get all Peaks uploaded so slowly and depth and having to drag out the laptop to approve the report and change the codes so yeah you can see buggy worst expense app and then you can just see there is some Support options inexcusable interface uh uh I cannot set up facial recognition with iPhone 13. uh this clunky poorly designed and has a poor user Enterprise experience so it's like pretty like for me it's like wow like how Wells Fargo like a huge institution can have such an app like and they obviously just reading all these reviews and you can see even on design point I'm talk not talking about like some backhand you know some you know just including functionality but just uh very like easy design my cover can make it much faster and then probably you know Wells Fargo should have enough budget just to hire some mobile agency to fix some of the issues in the app but anyhow probably that's just very conservative institution and they just don't notice it but I need to say like yeah like in modern banking the mobile app is just the core element uh like how easy is your mobile banking app is it decisive factor for a lot of companies or individuals to choose the bank so it's yeah but there you have it if you have any experience with this app just leave some comments below um maybe yeah maybe this app is becoming better and this is just outside outdated screenshots but there you have it
