WORLD APP is AT CAPACITY - what is happening?

So, you open up the World App and you see a notification that says "World App is at capacity. Grant claims and other transactions may be slow to process. Please try again later." What does this mean? Well, it seems that the app is currently experiencing a surge in users and high traffic. Perhaps there is a new grant available, causing this influx of activity.

In my experience, this issue usually resolves itself by simply trying again later. Typically, within a few hours or by the next day, the problem gets fixed. However, this time, I noticed that they have removed the third button where you could claim grants. I'm unsure why they made this change or if it's a permanent alteration or just in response to this specific capacity issue.

Unfortunately, at the moment, I'm unable to claim any grants using the World App. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. It's worth noting that this capacity problem seems to have persisted for a few hours now, possibly due to increased traffic from the US or other regions. It's 7 p.m in Europe, so it may not be related to Asian traffic.

In the past, even if I was late to claiming a grant, I was still able to do so. With that in mind, I remain hopeful that I'll eventually be able to claim the grant I'm interested in. Perhaps the app developers are making some adjustments to address the capacity issue. Let's continue to monitor the situation and see what unfolds.
